TDS Lifting Chain

$12.95

Chains act as progressive resistance, meaning that they incrementally increase resistance as additional chainlinks rise off the floor. They also act as accommodating resistance in that they add resistance when the exercise(s) get easier. For example: Most often bench presses and squats get gradually easier as the bar goes upward. To make the muscles keep working at the same intensity, added chainlinks come off the ground providing increasingly more resistance. The more chain that comes off the ground, the greater the overall resistance. NOTE: Tall individuals using chains for squatting or overhead pressing may require Top Loading Chains to get the full effect of Chain Training.
