Parcel Shipping

Most small (non-freight) parcel items are processed within 24 hours during the Monday-Friday business week and are shipped from the distribution warehouse within 48-72 hours, via 3-7 business day ground delivery service (unless an alternate lead-time is notated on the product page). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. We will attempt to notify you by email and provide a tracking # when your product(s) ship.*

Freight Shipping LTL

Heavy items (anything over 150 lbs), bulk-freight, palletized truck items and custom fabrication made-to-order items may have longer shipping lead times. Customer will be notified as soon as truck-freight items become available for overland freight shipment. If you do not have a loading-dock, be sure to choose lift-gate as your delivery option when purchasing an overland-freight truck item. You will have to assemble the exercise unit yourself which may result in a voided warranty.*

FitnessServe Delivery & Installation

For our local customers (within 60 mile radius of the store), we highly recommend that you consider professional assembly and installation of your exercise machine. With FitnessServe delivery & Installation, the product is delivered inside your residence and placed in the room of your choice. A certified installer accompanies the delivery truck to professionally assemble the product. All debris will be removed from your home. A FitnessServe representative will contact you to schedule when you will be available for the installation after your order is processed. This option includes an additional 1 year of labor warranty ($400 value).

FitnessServe Delivery

For our local customers (within 60 mile radius of the store), we offer delivery to lessen the impact of freight shipping costs. With this option, a FitnessServe truck will arrive at your home,  and place the product in its packaging in an immediately accessible place in your home or garage. A FitnessServe representative will contact you to schedule when you will be available to receive the delivery after your order is processed.*

Local Pickup

With proper equipment, we permit customers to pickup their fitness products from the store at no charge. Please give us a 24 hour notice of the time you will arrive to pickup your items. You must pickup during our normal business hours.*

*Note: Any product that is not installed by our certified professionals could result in a voided warranty. 

We only ship to the 48 continental states. UPS shipping is how we deliver parcel and freight shipments.
